Excellent staff and convenient location. Very close to the station. Decent breakfast spread. The whole team at the hotel is very warm and helpful.

Premium room was excellent was spacious clean good size wall television good choice of channels shower and wash basin well designed spacious rain shower good pressure very comfortable room Compare with hotel Sayji and the price choose Mercure Surya place needs power sockets international room 9 out of 10

Location ideal for me all ways been looked after during my stay especially thanks goes Duty manager Mr Sunil he makes my stay comfortable and pressure-able I couldn’t ask more needs trained staff at reception not well coming not bothered Restaurant staff attentive and helpful having visiting the hotel last 15yrs I find the breakfast choice has gone a mark down
